It's been rainy and cool this week. Saturday was a sunny day, but there was so much smoke in the upper atmosphere the sky was more gray than blue. The plan this morning is to tackle some fall garden clean up, I'm hoping there's still time at the end of the day to get into the sewing room and kick off a new week by getting in at least 15 minutes of stitching time before bed time tonight.
It was another good week on the stitching time front for me.

After reading Kathy’s Quilts cute post on “National Pig Day” on March 1(who ever knew?), I realized there must be many more people who have a pig obsession besides me!
Her pig pattern came from Kelli at Seriously I Think It Needs Stitches, where Kelli shares this Pig Block tutorial. This has motivated me to also have a PIG-GIVE-AWAY.

This spring, however we’ll be putting twin size quilt tops together for another great cause – Snuggled in Hope Quilts. They accept quilt tops for volunteers to quilt and/or tie and bind.
